- The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, including perfumes, fragrances, and personal care items, we cannot accept returns if the item has been opened or used.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@abideecanada.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Please include photos of the unopened product and packaging if possible.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the item is in its original, unopened condition. Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
