1. What products does Abidee Canada offer?

Answer:
Abidee Canada specializes in a wide range of products including perfumes, fragrances, beauty and personal care items, and air fresheners. Our collection features high-quality products designed to enhance your daily routine and elevate your personal space.

2. How do I place an order?

Answer:
To place an order, browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to enter your shipping information, choose a payment method, and review your order before completing the purchase. 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer:
For now, payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) only. And shipment is within Canada and United States. We are looking forward to expand globally.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Answer:
Yes. You can cancel your order before item is shipped. Once an item is shipped, we can not cancel it. However, you can return it as soon as you receive the product for refund within 15 working days.

5. How can I track my order?

Answer:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status through the our website.

6. What is your return policy?

Answer:
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return. The item must be in its original package and not opened. Since items are perfumes, fragrances and personal care products, we do not accept return if item has been opened.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Answer:
For now, we ship only with Canada and the United States. You cannot make an order if your shipping address is outside Canada or the United States. We aim to improve our shipping destinations in the near future. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. 8. How much does shipping cost? 

Answer:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Answer:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@abideecanada.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

10. How do I create an account?

Answer:
Creating an account is simple! Click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website, fill out the required information, and follow the instructions. An account allows you to track orders, save your favorite products, and manage your personal details. You can also create an account at the checkout page.

Answer:

13. What should I do if I forget my account password?

Answer:
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

14. Do you offer gift cards?

Answer:
No. For now we do not offer Gift Cards. We aim to do this in the near future.
